Based in Dubai provides an online salary and cost-of-living planning tool and related content. The service is provided free of charge unless we state otherwise for a specific feature.
2. Not professional advice
All outputs, ranges, neighborhood suggestions, tax comparisons, and benchmarks are illustrative estimates only. They are not financial, tax, legal, immigration, or investment advice. Rent, school fees, and personal circumstances vary. You must verify figures with qualified professionals, employers, landlords, and official sources before making decisions.
3. No guarantee
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in violation of law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, APIs, databases, or other users’ data.
- Overload or attack the infrastructure (e.g. automated scraping that impairs service, except public search engines as allowed by robots.txt).
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious data through forms.

5. User content (anonymous submissions)
If you submit anonymous salary or benchmark data, you confirm that you have the right to share that information and that it is not defamatory or unlawful. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, aggregate, and display that data as part of the service (including statistics and benchmarks). We do not claim ownership of your factual inputs, but we need the licence above to run the community feature.
6. Intellectual property
The site’s design, branding, text, and original compilations are protected by copyright and related rights. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission, except as allowed by law (e.g. fair dealing / fair use) or for personal, non-commercial reference.
7. Third-party links and ads
The site may contain links to third parties (including affiliate or sponsored placements). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services. Affiliate relationships may be disclosed near the relevant links.
The high-paying jobs page features curated job links to third-party careers portals or job boards (e.g. LinkedIn). Listings are selected editorially unless clearly marked as sponsored; we do not guarantee that vacancies remain open, that every detail is current, or any hiring outcome. Applications occur on third-party sites under their terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special losses, and for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or (b) zero, except where liability cannot be excluded (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other non-waivable rights).
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms, except where prohibited by law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law. Courts in Dubai shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence where they cannot be contractually waived.

12. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes may be highlighted on the site where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
